Is it art? Is it a crime?

Can porn go too far, even if videoing legal activities?

This might be an interesting case to follow:

What are the chances a majority of the jury will vote for the defendant after  watching 5 hours of his work?

I wouldn't call it art. Radical expression of extreme fetishism, yes. Art, no. But that's me.

I think making it a crime will only create a rather dangerous black market. It happens every time they try to outlaw/prosecute stuff like this. If a black market forms, the envelope of "extreme" will likely extend to people really getting hurt outside of their willingness to participate (my opinion).

It will indeed be interesting to watch.

Well, it is Los Angeles!

More concerned about the coersion or exploitation of the women than the content itself. Problem would be that it's probably not safe sane consensual. Don't have a problem with them wallowing in shit if everyone is having a grand old time, but I doubt that's the case.

It's a pity you can't enter a plea of 'can we just appeal now and get the preliminaries over with?'

Having seen two girls one cup...I can say some things just don't appeal to me personally. I do find it interesting though that bestiality is included which in some locales IS illegal, however questionable that may be. Feces and urine? Seems odd to not be able to play with what most throw away for free or make videos for those so inclined. Seems that's almost a puritanical virtue of making use of god's creation and not wasting...poop.

I find it even more interesting that people who'd not watch the videos as jurors cause their sensibilities were against it, pay taxes to a government which has caused or been the impetus for more death around the world than probably any other. We make and market weaponry that's sold around the world that maims children but if a guy sneaks off to Thailand to have sex with boys he's a criminal.

This has been around since humans have. It's not going anywhere and is a waste of tax money IMO. Is it art? Art has no definition...that's the issue. You can't define it concretely. What's a cookie? The baked kind, define it...see, it's nearly impossible to get an exacting definition everyone agrees upon.
